Rookie OT Jonah Williams out for 2019 with shoulder injury

Bengals since 2016 have had it rough:
2016: CB William Jackson III tore his pec in training camp. Out for entire season.
2017: WR John Ross proved completely incompetent, and was either hurt or a healthy scratch for all but 3 games.
2018: C Billy Price missed 6 games of the season with a foot injury.
2019: OT Jonah Williams tore his labrum and will miss all of the 2019 season.
