He has to have surgery, and has been officially ruled out for the Bears game. Teddy Bridgewater looks to be manning the helm. This injury has happened to several NFL QB's, and they aren't right until the following year.
How does this affect the game against the Bears. Are the Saints weapons still a handful, or are they significantly diminished without Brees?
I'm going with significantly diminished. It's the optimist in me.

This is one of those things where I'm semi-torn on how to feel.
I like Drew Brees. He comes off as a classy guy.
