Big Fangio fan. Wanted him instead of Nagy. Never pulled for the Broncos until they got Vic. They need some more pieces, especially better OT play.

Interesting article:

Vic fan also, I wouldn't have minded seeing him hired instead of Nagy. I can see a SF type of offense for Denver but I'm not familiar enough with Shurmer to predict the type of offense he'll run. WR and OL seem to be their main needs.

Always like Vic the Defensive Coord. don't know about him as a head coach, yet.

Hope he does well, except when he plays chicago.

It's a double edged sword, former DC sometimes forget about offense but typically like to run the ball. Former OC's forget about defense and running the ball but are more aggressive.

Nor do I. I believe, but he has to prove it, and Elway has to get him the pieces, which is a big question mark.

I didn't get to see Lock in college or last year other than highlights/lowlights. From what I gather, he's got good physical talent, but is prone to mental errors, so we'll see.

For most QBs, they need a good ground attack, but in the same division as prodigious KC, Fangio knows they need to be explosive to keep up.
