Holy shit I didn't see that coming. If I've ever been on the GET RID OF LOVIE bandwagon, it's now. Get his ass in here.

Well, if the Chicago Bears management group had any nads at all, they would fire their entire coma inducing clueless band of Lovie Dovie asswads and bring in Shanahan, who would be the first head coach for the Bears since Ditka who could make them into something.
But as WAB said, I doubt this will happen.

I disagree.
Shanahan is football savvy enough to know what is important. Like on offense for instance, he knows it is the offensive line that needs emphasis, talent and training and he succeeds in abundance. That is why they can take somebody working in a mall, throw them behind that line, and get a 100 yard + day from them.
Elway went to the Super Bowl without Shanahan and got his ass handed to him. He went with Shanahan and won, so I think they made each other better.
Perhaps it is Shanahan's fault the quarterbacks he has chosen since Elway have not lived up to their billing, but that is always a crapshoot. Cutler shows promise, so that is why I was surprised the Broncos didn't at least give Shanahan 1 more year working with him.
