Senior Bowl Thoughts: Etc. (and TE)

TE group is only Ok.

Shea Patterson is terrible. WR is deep, OL is weak, DB weak, it's a pretty average Senior Bowl overall

TE I liked- Sullivan LSU - Apparently didn't play a ton (?). Looks the part - moves like a big WR (and seemed to be a WR that converted into TE). Should be a steal - I imagine he will be in all my Mock Drafts - Body Type wise (NOT PLAY WISE) really looks like Calvin Johnson - it's 245-250 and all good weight

Trautman - TE Dayton - Made himself some money - Brent Celek?

Linebackers - Kind of Liked this class (it's Hard to stand out at the Senior Bowl at this position)

Logan Wilson - Beautiful INT in 2 Min Drill

Malik Harrison tOSU - Great INT v. Love in 2 in drill

App St. LB - Davis-Gaither - I think he might be pretty good - Looked good dropping into coverage - He does a bit of everything - but seemingly because he is good at it

Harrison Bryant - FAU - nice win in RZ rep

Pinkney - TE Vandy - Hurt himself this week - He apparently was the top TE coming into the week and he was very meh

Portland St TE - Hands?

Pinkney is weird, man. He was a stud in 2018 (774 yards and 7 TDs) and then fell off a cliff this season. Was awful during the Senior Bowl process as well. Might be a nice buy low candidate...

Yeah, he was being talked about as a sure-fire 1st round pick last year. IDK what happened.

Yeah, he was being talked about as a sure-fire 1st round pick last year. IDK what happened.

Possibly let the 1st round talk invade his work ethic and thus didn't push as hard as he had in the past... kinda what happened to Raekwon Davis at Bama... was looked at as a top 10-15 pick after his sophomore season and then virtually vanished as a junior forcing him to go back as a senior to rekindle his draft talk...

Kinda happened to Albert Okwuegbunam from Mizzou too. He was the top ranked TE prospect coming out and he literally disappeared.
