Post DT signing. Letting Floyd walk unless he's on a longer term deal near 8 million a year

Signings (Most not listed:
Cam Wake 1 Year 3 million
SS type

Draft:

2nd - Josh Jones OT Houston - If Jones isn't here I want to trade down

Short List: Claypool WR

2nd (TRADE DOWN ). 3rd and 4th added

3rd (from Trade Down) - C Cushenberry LSU

4th. Pride - CB Notre Dame

4th Trade down (add two 5ths)

5th. OG. Netane Muti - Fresno St. Monster - Always hurt though

5th. Trevis Gipson - Tulsa - Edge

5th Either Akeem Gaither- Davis - App. St. Or Logan Wilson - LB Wyoming

5th (TRADE UP - Lose a 6th and 7th). Van Jefferson - WR Florida - Absolute great Route Runner - WR Coaches Son

6th. Sullivan TE LSU - I think he's going to be an absolute steal - Looks like a big WR (probably the same for his blocking though - more a WR than TE)

6th (Traded)

7th (Traded)

7th - Trey Adams - OT

Thought on your trade down:

The only reason that I know this is because of First-Pick draft simulator, but we really should get three picks from the third and fourth rounds. The trade value of a 50th pick is 400. If you take the top pick in the third and the fourth, you only come up with 345. That 55 point difference amounts to pick 120 or about the fourteenth slot in the fourth.

Just a heads up.

I really like the Jones, Cushenberry, Muti, Wilson, and Sullivan picks. Problem is Jones is projecting in the first in almost every mock I've seen, and Wilson and Muti are now looking as third and fourth rounders. Solid mock though.

Yeah ....I tend to be overly optimistic about where the guys will be - always a flaw of my Mocks
