I am an extremely cynical individual when it comes to the Bears ... wasn't always so, but the past decade has frustrated me to no end, and it looks to be more of the same for the immediate future

however, there is still enough meatball left in me to where I haven't given up all hope ... I am sure others feel the same way

so this poll isn't about what player of what position ... it is about whether the Bears will once again fail with their proven inability to garner first round success

I chose #2 because I think Pace is going to try some draft day hail mary, again trying to pull magic out of thin air ... he has nothing to lose because if (more likely when) his maneuver fails, he won't be around to suffer the longer term effects ... but if it works, he can save his job

I voted 2.

Pace just can't help himself with the draft day trades. He fancies himself as some sort of super sleuth that is capable of outsmarting other people when the record indicates this obviously isn't true.

I'm hoping Pace has learned that he's not actually the smartest guy in the room. Great at finding lower round talent, not so good when swinging for the fences. Hopefully the team - GM, coaches, scouts - are all in the loop for making decisions this year, it's not just Pace making the choices.

I put 3. It's more of what I hope, than anything else.... but I'm hoping we snag a stud OT at 20 and trade up into the end of the first to grab the QB of the future.

I voted #1 with a caveat... *if the pick is an OT
