So I wrote a children's Christmas book! Called "Cody and the Christmas Tree."
If any of you would like to enjoy it, it's 99¢ on Kindle/the Kindle app.
It's a poem-y, somewhat abstract story, but means a lot to me personally. It was inspired, sadly, by the experiences my family went through several years ago when my Grandmother was dying of lung cancer.

Here's the synopsis:
As his family is enduring the inevitable death of a beloved family member, young Cody has to come to terms with how to deal with Christmas as everyone around him is in despair, and his Grandma, slowly succumbing to disease, is still alive. On a bizarre night, Cody encounters a Christmas Ghost....made of Play-Doh. The two of them embark on a series of adventures through time, all the while sorting out their grief, the Christmas holiday's meaning, and how the symbol of the season means far more than colorful lights and a starry top.
