I don't know that I think Tina is hot per se. Very attractive...but not HOT. She's the kinda chick you would be fine taking home to mom, but not the kind you would feel good about treating like a c*m dumpster.
I wouldn't use those words exactly, but... it's the conservative chicks that sneak up on you. Beneath that button-down exterior beats the heart of a freak.
