Yea, I thought Alex was going to get him.
Why the hell was the ref helping Favruh up all the time? What an ass kisser he was!
They got the fumble called right though, helluva play by HH.

The league definitely wants the Favre story to be a feature of this season, and in the playoffs. So he might be getting a little more consideration. Jay will get it too some day if he earns it like Favre has over all these years.
Plus, I'd bet the refs are naturally empathetic to the old guy... because they realize what he's accomplishing by being out there & playing well at this point. Love him or hate him - it IS amazing.

2023 Chicago Bears... emerging from a long hibernation, and hungry!
I want the Favre story to be the feature of this season too... but I want it to be the story of an far-past-his-prime former "legend" tainting his legacy and exposing himself as a self-centered douche that's willing to destroy his team (current and former) to further his own selfish agenda. I want nothing more than to see the "one more ring" crusade end in shame. I still hate the p*ckers but I don't think anything (at least this year) could make me happier than seeing them destroy BF's egomaniacal fairytale.
