Two guys I've been watching film on are Chris Johnson, FS from North Alabama and Max Scharping OT/OG from Northern Illinois.

Scharping has been creeping into the mid 3rd round in mocks, but still averages a 4th round grade on most sites I follow pre combine. I like his tenacity and the fact that he returned to NIU for his senior year to chase the championship. Good teammate.

Johnson is an instinctual FS with a knack for closing while the ball is I the air. Paired with Jackson, he could be dangerous in our secondary. Probably would be there in the 5th but its hard to get a read on where he's going pre combine.
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!

My guy, my alum, Khalen Saunders, Western IL University Leatherneck baby!!!!

Hoping he puts up some #s on the bench and shows in the other drills.

Khalen Saunders 6’ 0” 320 lbs DT Western Illinois

Saunders is a big kid who projects somewhere as a middle of the draft selection. He showed good power, nice speed for a big man and some excellent hand usage. He also has really good quickness which he proved when he sacked Will Grier of West Virginia; leaving the guard in the dust. He moved his stock from a 6th or 7th round selection to a 3rd or 4th round player with the combine still yet to come. I have a write up on him coming out shortly so you can see some of his talents first hand.

Some nice film here:

Olisaemeka Udoh Elon 6'6" 328 (My Number one guy right now. Damn he is raw but strong.)

Need I say more, Only thing is he keeps climbing up the boards due to his performances at the prospect bowl games. Nice to know the Bears were seen talking to him a lot.

Very nice day. 26 reps for a guy with that long of arms is nice. That speed and athletism for a guy that big astounding.

I worry about guys with weight control issues. I've heard he was up to 385 for a time - and while he did get his weight down over the past year, will he be able to keep it down once he's making big bucks?
