#Bears new wideout Marvin Hall Jr averages a whopping 17.4 YPC. The caveat? He only has 12 career catches. Was mostly a practice squad player during his time in Atlanta.

Curious as to how impactful his relationship with Taylor Gabriel was with signing with Chicago.

The #Bears have signed 5-10 WR Marvin Hall, a special teams contributor who averaged 23.7 yards per kick return for the Falcons last season, with a long return of 53 yards vs. the Bengals.

Marvin Hall is FAST. He ran a 4.28 at his Pro Day coming out of Washington. More speed for Nagy to work with on offense.

Interesting, not exciting. Possible camp body and practice squad guy if eligible.

Also has a lot of speed to burn. Ran a 4.29 40 at his pro day coming out.

Looks like he's a "throw shit at the wall and see if it sticks" attempt at finding our Tyreek Hill.

He's basically a replacement for Bellamy. He will be a gunner and back up KR/WR. With that speed it just adds another body Nagy can utilize and hopefully, he can actually catch the ball consistently. Our ST needed an overhaul and he should help there.
”Damn -- Khalil Mack had another strip sack?” Gruden asked rhetorically, shaking his head at the Oakland Raiders assistant coaches in his midst. “Are you ... kidding me?”

Gabriel... Cohen... now Patterson and Hall... I'm picturing that 4-wide set all running go routes.........
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Go back to leather helmets, NFL.

Remember Al Davis always just getting the most speed on the team that he could possibly get? this off season feels a little like that. This staff just can't stomach slow. Big believers in the "can't coach speed" vibe.

It's probably bound to work better these days when you consider that the modern day NFL is just about flag football compared to where it came from.

Al Davis didn't care if they could play though.
