OK, we’re back in business. Now will Nagy actually want to hire him or is this pretty much Kafka’s job to lose now?

Man, that dude has made chicken salad out of a lot of QB's since Philly and just can't catch a break.

I doubt Nagy is going to cede his OC duties to anyone, but if he does, I think DeFilippo would be a perfect fit

I'm starting to wonder if DeFilippo is just an asshat to be around.

if he can continue to turn average QB's into effective winners, he can be whatever he wants I would think

wasn't there a push by members here to have him as Bears HC? pretty sure he was a popular suggested option at the time

I wanted him as our HC and after 2018 was really thankful we got Nagy instead. Then this year happened. I'd be wary of the fact that this will be his 3rd team in 3 years. something isn't right.

He was the QB whisperer in Philly. Not so much in Minnesota but I think bringing in Cousins in 2018 ruined their team chemistry and nothing was going to fix that except for another year together. Foles got injured his first game as a Jag, how much did DeFilippo work with Minshew?

Good thing he's coming to the Bears. Hopefully his QB whispering can help number 10?

And The Jags rebounded nicely by getting Jay Gruden, who made some high powered offenses while in Washington. Jax QBs fit well into Jay's offense.
