I answered as best as I could. However, most of the questions seem to be aimed at change just to change. Without a clear upgrades, I'm not in favor of burning it all down. Looking at the Haslams and the Khans, it's hard to say that new ownership would solve anything also.
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!

Done, although the black / white nature of the questions made it difficult. For example, I'm not happy with what Pace does at the top of the draft, but I think he drafts well in the lower rounds, so it was hard to assign a numeric value to that.
Generally speaking, I'd like to see Nagy be less ADHD with his playcalling and call a proper offense (I'd rather he get a real NFL offensive playcaller, but that's out the window now).
I think that will solve a lot of the issues with Mitch (although I don't think he'll ever be better than solid-good...in this town, with our D, that should be enough though). Even so, I'd like to see a proper vet backup / competition for him.
I'd be happy enough keeping Pace long enough to find his next HC (assuming Nagy fails). I like his drafting (outside of rounds 1 and 2) and his FA acquisitions overall.
So I want improvements, but not necessarily the clean sweep that folks around here seem so terrified of.

Sorry I missed. I'm a little less bullish on Nagy. But in general I agree with the results and mostly the bigger numbers would have been just incrementally bigger.
