They had a ton of Cap Space - don't think they used it super well

But they had to get a new QB - Brissett was bad and the contract for him was also very dumb - they could have let him play out last year on his original deal and only paid him like $2 million

On the topic of the Colts, I wonder if Adam Vinatieri will retire. He's a free agent so technically someone could sign him. I hope that hapens just so he can be the 3rd player to play in four different decades. Gotta admire that.
