If our first two picks are QB and WR this draft will be a disaster of epic proportions.

Who is going to block for them?

Yes and OL should be a higher priority than that.

Why do we want QB6 anyway?

Again I ask, who is going to block for the QB?

A 24 year old RT who will be 25 in September...boooooo. Why the hell would you take Felipe Franks too? I like Elijah Moore and Semi Fehoko though!

I like Mond but not at 25. Elijah Moore and Semi Fehoko would be good picks; Fehoko might be able to return kick-offs. If the Bears were to pick as Hoge suggests, I'd like to see double-dipping OTs in the 3rd, not a CB.
Drafts are like snowflakes, no two are alike.

Wait, so you'll criticize the Christiansen pick (a four year starter), but are fine with the Fehoko pick (23 yr old redshirt sophomore, 24 in November, who has only one year starting)?

I like Fehoko as a prospect, but older WRs don't have a particularly good track record.

Day 2 picks should be immediate contributors that develop into long term starters to me and I do not think Christensen is worth an early third. I do not think he is better than Ifedi, but I would not mind him on day 3. To me, day 3 picks are height, weight, speed guys that can contribute on special teams and maybe get a chance to start in year 2. I think that is a round early on Fehoko too, but I could see him getting reps his first year so I would be as bummed about him in the 4th as Chrstensen in the 3rd.

Christensen has pretty elite speed/explosion/agility traits. And his size isn't prohibitive. He's 6'5 302lbs. His metrics are pretty impressive. It's his age that gets him dinged...

Agreed about his agility.

But the age isn't my primary concern

His wingspan is such that I think he can survive outside, but his arm length is a concern, no doubt.

I could live with that, but I think there will be better WRs to pick from at that spot.

I want a WR with some electricity/big play potential .... I like Collins, but I'd rather an Eskridge or Amari Rodgers or Tylan Wallace or Tutu Atwell.

Don't have to worry about that now. We did get a 5th back so there is your boy Fehoko.
