Keith has asked the Blackhawks to trade him to a team in the Pacific NW so he can be closer to his family/son who live up in that region while he plays out the last couple years of his deal.

I guess he will be going to the expansion Seattle Kracken then? wouldn't need to trade him if he is left available in the expansion draft

He had a helluva run as a Blackhawk. Kind of sad when "lifers" switch teams at the end of their careers. His reason is totally understandable. Stand up guy. The end or an era.
