with those moronic 4th down decisions and a complete lack of leadership, it was almost as if Nagy wanted to ensure he would get fired
and his total lack of respect for David Montgomery was appalling to me ... 4th and 1 give the ball to your top RB, especially in the red zone
bye bye Nagy ... won't hate to see you go

Can’t wait to see the headline about Pace and Nagy being canned tomorrow.

Will it be 8 months until the Bears play again? They need to review that second half and see why they ended up 6-11. Just turrble.
Ah well, Nagy will Nagy and everyone will say what a great guy he is and his team didn't quit on him. He and his coaches quit on the team seemingly on every second half. Once again the Bears come out and stink it up in the second half. Out adjusted.

San Francisco has always been my favorite booing city. I don't mean the people boo louder or longer, but there is a very special intimacy. Music, that's what it is to me. One time in Kezar Stadium they gave me a standing boo.

Nagy said that they were going to "have fun" this game so I expected him to empty his bag of tricks but instead we just went out with a whimper. Hell, look at the Lions/Packers game; the Lions did what I expected us to do and ended up embarrassing the 2nd stringers on the Packers.

But I'm putting down my guard
Cause I've been here before
And you can come back again and again
But you can't, no you can't
No you just can't hurt me anymore
Cause I'm in euphoria
Euphoria, I'm in euphoria
Cause I've been here before
And you can come back again and again
But you can't, no you can't
No you just can't hurt me anymore
Cause I'm in euphoria
Euphoria, I'm in euphoria

This is who they are, a pathetic offense no matter who is calling plays (Nazor, Lagy). A D that is prone to blowing coverages because the secondary sucks. A coaching staff that is not sure what the hell they are doing. QB play that has been inconsistent. D line play that has been inconsistent ( aside from Quinn). OL play that has been inconsistent and avg at best. There are no gamebreakers on O, no one that scares a D. Where that player will come from is anyone's guess.

Dalton took 7 sacks and threw two picks. Guess it’s not just Fields holding the ball too long?

Osbourne's TD....two WRs in route, 4 DBs in coverage....sounds like the Bears got this covered. Osbourne and Jefferson cross, all 4 Bears DBs run into each other and Cousin's had his choice of who to throw to as Jefferson was WAY more open than Osbourne. Nagy can go, Desai can go, Lazor can go; they all suck. Game 17 of the season and a supposed DB coach who is DC has that shit show for a secondary, while the offensive mastermind in Nagy plays cute football instead of what is tried and tested.

It's not, but....
Fields had the yips. Seriously man it's okay if we say this.
Fields had the yips!!! That doesn't mean he's not going to be a great quarterback, it doesn't mean he's a boss, it means he had the freaking yips!
Changing coaches isn't going to change anything, but perhaps he's going to feel more stable.
It is absolutely okay to say that our quarterback, our rookie quarterback, played like a fish out of water.

Guys. It's been the same for EVERY QB that's tried to play in Nagy's "system".MoFugger wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 8:36 pmIt's not, but....

Pretty much, yeah. Every single guy taking snaps shows similar indecision.Bears Whiskey Nut wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 8:44 pmGuys. It's been the same for EVERY QB that's tried to play in Nagy's "system".MoFugger wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 8:36 pm

That game was classic Matt Nagy. The picture of Montgomery in disgust watching a failed 4th and 1 from the sidelines summed it up.

Absolutely and some of them still don't know that you have to touch the WR on the ground after a completed pass. Frankly after 17 games...Z Bear wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 4:57 pm Osbourne's TD....two WRs in route, 4 DBs in coverage....sounds like the Bears got this covered. The first half was beyond understanding, the second was so painful to watch and the game itself is f......g disgrace for the Bears organization.
