Currently OC of the Pack. 42 years old. Former OC of the Bills and the Jags. It's hard to say how much he's improved Rodgers, who's rolled over the years with different offensive coordinators. Hackett, though, has always designed offenses with strong running games. Plus it would nominally weaken a division rival by taking a key coach from them.

How much input does this guy really have. LaFlue and A A Ron, not sure what this guy does.

Son of legendary coach and coordinator Paul Hackett. If he learned from his dad, he's probably pretty good.

Hes definitely an interesting dude who decided he would rather coach than finish medical school.

He is smart, has had success, but can he lead the whole team?

Good question. I think I'd pass unless a strong GM came in first and selected him after due diligence.

I don't know if the Bears should do it but someone should poach him so the Packers suffer.

I think they should take him, as long as their screens and finals pass muster....gotta be super smart and knows the Peckers inside out.
