Every year I try and watch all the Senior Bowl practices, etc (I did miss one this year - so that hurts)

Overall impressions:

Best Groups were DL and TE - with DL being the deepest in recent memory

RB group is pretty solid - nothing crazy - but there are solid guys here

QB group is very meh - Which is disappointing because its probably the closest they've had to have all of the Best QB prospects here at one time.

WR group - This might have been the least impressive WR group in years (at least for the Senior Bowl). Did the poor QB play help? No. Should also be noted that I think like the Top 7? (more?) WR prospects are all under classman - so that could be playing a factor

OL Group - Also below average by Senior Bowl standards

LB Group seemed pretty good

Safeties solid.

CB group was average - no true "Stand out" - But MORE than usual solid guys and a couple of athletic freaks (Kid from UTSA looks to be a freak) that need seasoning

Did you see any DT that really stood out?

DT only- yeah (though pretty good crop overall)

Wyatt looked like he has some uptapped potential (that Georgia Defense was just ultra talented) - but I think he could go Top 20 now

Winfrey Perrion - OK - Looked great all week

Logan Hall looks like 3 Technique is his position (I could see teams using him how Seahawks used to use Bennett as well (Others seemed higher on him than me though)

Travis Jones is a Bigger type DT - but more movement skills than you'd think for the size (and constantly got push all week)

Probably cross both the tOSU kids off the list

Ridgeway is more a Nose style (not pure Nose)

Zach Carter - Florida - that might be a 3 Technique to watch

Eric Johnson - Missouri State - Looked good as well - and you could see even more growth once he gets a Pro Weight Room (not that he looked weak by any stretch)

Farrell - LSU - Bigger Body type -but looked good too

Just one of the deeper crops of DL (at the Senior Bowl at least) in recent memory

I like Eric Johnson a lot. Kind of a poor man’s Deforest Buckner.

I hate that this year I got to watch about 5 minutes of the practices.
