I did the same thing for the 3rd round, moved a couple of the lower 2nd round guys to the 3rd round board too. These guys are all ranked between 60 and 70 on at least one of the 6 boards (Pro Footbal Network,NFL Mock Draft Database,The Draft Network,Pro Footbal Focus,NFL Draft Diamonds,Drafttek).

Me too, but there is a lot of talent similarly rated so some guys are bound to slip down. Anyone with an average of 65 or less will pretty much be a crap shoot to fall to he Bears. I just wanted to give a few guys that could slip to 71.
