So much for competition at Punter but for an OT who hasn't played in any regular season game in four years? I'm all for bringing in camp bodies but could we find some who are still alive? Gotta read more but this guy's career seems deader than Jimmy Hoffa.

Its actually an interesting pick up. He was a starter who lost a season to injury. Then he took covid off. Probably because he had leukemia in college. He might not have anything left but I get bringing him in.

I guess maybe looking to find lightning in a bottle with another OT is a better call than the punter battle, but at some point don't we have too many bodies for the OL to give everyone look?

In other trivial OL news, the Tyrone Wheatley project is over

That was kind of my thinking - get rid a stiff like him and let the punters fight it out.

Another vet minimum guy who much like Davenport only counts $895k towards the cap. So far it seems like Poles is still backing Jenkins and Borom as his starting OT at least through OTA.

I'm fine with him playing roster roulette with OL for a bit at least until it becomes clear that we have nine OL we can feel good about.

I prefer they get handcuffed together and each is given a knife.
