Fox Sports believe that if Poles does trade Quinn the highest probability is a trade with Dallas for a younger offensive player. Here's the Dallas roster and depth chart. If you were to make that trade what player would you ask for? Or what player and a pick?

Yeah take away Amari Cooper, sadly that ship has sailed.
I’d bet on an OL player, not sure who.

This roster is up to date.
I don't realistically see anything but a draft pick coming back for any Quinn trade, personally.

Sure, I would too.
They're not trading McGovern, though. Zack Martin turns 32 in November.

I corrected it based on the link Thunderspirit provided but hey, you could have suggested that yourself or even edited it yourself. You've got a mod control panel don't you? Geezus, never been around people who complain about shit as much as this bunch does. Try to add some new content and if it's not what someone likes or they don't want make any effort on their own it's no good.
Well phuc your complaints then brother. You aren't disabled are you? If you don't like it get off your own ass and fix it like I did. Took all of about 2 minutes. Jeezus, whatta bunch of old fuck'n women around here.

Maybe and maybe not. JJ does like his OL but then if ya want someone like Quinn ya gotta give something up to get him.thunderspirit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 10:08 am Sure, I would too.

I'd rather a draft pick. Martin doesn't help this team long term much like Quinn.HurricaneBear wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 1:47 pmQuinn for Martin? one 32 year old for anotherthunderspirit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 10:08 am Sure, I would too.

I agree. IMO, I think Quinn's value is round 4 or lower and most posters have said that is too low. I get the feeling Poles does as well or I believe Quinn would have been traded already. If we take it as that compensation is too low, I'd chose the OL over Quinn, even an aging guy like Martin.Arkansasbear wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 2:19 pmI'd rather a draft pick. To be clear - I don't think it will ever happen, purely hypothetical. If I were GM, i'd take the 4th or 5th and call it a day. Probably why I am not a GM

I don't think we need every player on the Bears to be 20 years old and I don't think a fourth round pick is worth more than a 32 year old Zach Martin. I think it would be nice if the Bears weren't "evaluating" every single player on offense for "the future." Having another good vet on that side of the ball would help the young guys feel like there are a couple of reliable players around them.

I'll rethink my views on Martin. For some reason I was thinking thinking I had read something about this being the last year of his contract. Just looked it up and he has 3 years left (much like Quinn). If it's a 4th round pick or him, you may be right that he does do more to help this team than that pick. If we could get a 3rd or 2 4ths maybe I like the picks more.crueltyabc wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 2:45 pm I don't think we need every player on the Bears to be 20 years old and I don't think a fourth round pick is worth more than a 32 year old Zach Martin. It might be hard for Cowboys to trade Martin even if they wanted to (which I doubt)
You speed up something like 12 Million ish in Cap Hit to trade him - and then would have to take the Quinn contract on as well
