Indeed. Surely it takes two to 'talk'? If a team reaches out to a player, coach or agent in violation of league rules then shouldn't it be incumbent on that individual to refuse to engage and to notify the league?

I'd think so. No proof but I think Brady had a strong interest in playing for the 'Fins and kept it quiet in case something between them worked out later.
