So. After taking the 2021 playoff Raiders to an 0-3 2022 start, there are already calls for McDaniels to be fired. His track record isn't great. He was let go from the Broncos after only two seasons, which were marred by controversy. He now looks to be in the hot seat after three games in Las Vegas.
With Matt Patricia utterly failing in Detroit, that Belichick tree is looking pretty dead right about now.
Josh McDaniels on the Hot Seat in LV

At least he’s not the HC of the worst team in the NFL

Well...I mean, they were dark horse Super Bowl contenders, and they currently don't really look like any single part of the team is quite right.RustinFields wrote: ↑Thu Sep 29, 2022 5:28 pm yeah i dont actually believe that he's on "the hot seat."
Pretty disconcerting, if you're a Raiders fan.
My mother's love was inexplicably linked to kickball.

I remember some Bears Fans wanting the Bears to hire this clown.
He learned nothing from his time in Denver.
He is from the Bellichick tree.
He is only good when he has Brady under center.
Another decent OC that is not true HC material.
He will get the Raiders on track, I heard he ordered some t-shirts printed and is bringing in an ice cream truck, as a special treat!

A new Era begins in the NFC North!
Sadly, it does not involve the Bears....

I was advocating to hire him - also really thought he had likely matured or whatever. We really still don't know what's up there but I have *heard* a couple of players like Adams and Carr comment about the complexity of his system. So maybe it will take a while. This year appears done for them and that is really too bad for Josh Jacobs who is playing like he's on fire. I guess that can happen when your 5th year option doesn't get exercised. Right Monty?

Well...Monty doesn't have the 5th year option as part of his contract. But your point remains.
