Just saw this on the news that Ray Liotta has passed away.
He allegedly died in his sleep. Hopefully it wasn't anything drug related.

OK, so I am NOT trying to make fun of the dead in a bad way I'm just sharing a Ray Liotta memory that actually happened on Discord on this site years ago.
Me, and I think G08, @Bears Whiskey Nut and a few others were all laughing about the Ray Liotta Chantix commercials and then relating it back to Goodfellas.
Well then lo and behold there's actually a video on YouTube relating Chantix to Goodfellas and we almost died laughing.

Always a bit disturbing when someone my age passes. He was kind of typecast but played those roles well. RIP.
Where are my old Chicago Bears and what have you done with them, Ryan Poles?

I liked him, I found him a very convincing actor.

His career never really surged after Goodfellas, but he had a lot of great smaller roles in stuff like Field of Dreams, Blow, John Q., and of course he crushed it as Tommy Vercetti in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
