I’m ready for it and I’m open about and at peace with my lack of NFL knowledge.

I obviously don’t see the same faults in Justin Fields as everyone else.

I don’t really focus too much on the quality of the passing or the volume of passing yards. Fields is a winner & a play maker. Those qualities don’t always show up in raw stats.
If he never throws more than 150 yards a game but leads the Bears to multiple championships he won’t get one iota of criticism from me
We won 3 games
And Brady won 8

So what?

If someone says something vaguely critical of Fields - is it required to mention Tom Brady? Just curious (Fields takes a sack or throws INT - "Even Tom Brady throws INTs!!!!!")

But putting aside that 45 year old Tom Brady might no longer be in his prime (Hot take!!!) - would the whole winning Super Bowls make him a winner part? More so than the 8 wins last year

Fields doesn't have Double Digit Wins in the NFL. Did not win a Championship as a Starter in College.

Did Fields win a High School Championship?

I guess whats the criteria for calling someone a Winner if its not wins (*)?

(*) Is this based on the Winners Dont Do Drugs slogan and Fields doesnt do Drugs?

I’ll be generous and expand :

Taking one season in isolation when a player (Fields - year 2 and Brady- aged 45) may not be at their peak, and may not be surrounded by the best talent, is not the most sensible way to define a player.

Basically RichH - bad take mate

Would you call Dan Marino a winner?

I guess its just that terms should be earned and/or mean something?

Justin Fields - has all the potential in the world - but you absolutely cannot call him a winner - Yet.
