Interesting....I suppose he should be pumping Carter as a potential fit since that helps us in a few different ways. The legal stuff is 100% over, so it's just a matter of his work ethic.

Very happy to see him thinking about Whitehair at C!!

I am too!

I know it's not a popular opinion but I always preferred Cody at center. Granted i'm not a big Whitehair fan in general

Regardless if you play Whitehair or Patrick at C, you should draft and groom one (unless they think it's Doug Kramer).

I'm nervous that they might.

Counting on a R6/7 you've never seen play a real game to do anything beyond ST isn't a good idea. But you never know...

Agree - just SO MANY holes they are planning to fill in the draft ..... not sure they'll have the luxury of a second round pick for JMS or equivalent.

Lots of holes, yes.

They weren't filling them all this year, though.
KFFL refugee.

FWIW they did think enough of Kramer to give him 1st team snaps when Patrick was out in training camp.

It wasn’t until Kramer got hurt that they turned back to Mustipher.

I'm hoping they don't put all their eggs in the Kramer basket for center. Even they think he could be the guy the future, after this year Whitehair and Patrick are no longer under contract. I'd rather draft a guy this year (FWIW I think there are several really good prospect at center this year that can be had in the 3rd and 4th rounds) and bring them into camp and if they show promise let Patrick or Whitehair go.

I don't think Poles cares about filling "holes". There will be 53 players on the roster and he will expect Flus to coach them.
