This is as complimentary an article as I can recall in recent memory about the Bears. It’s specifically about the roster rebuild and culture change that Poles is engineering.
I have always been bullish on Poles and if this article represents the prevailing attitude in Halas Hall (and around the league), there is no way he loses his job anytime soon.
