We've seen truly massive paydays for QBs this offseason and the past year or so. Teams are deciding, rightly or wrongly, that their guy is that piece to put them in the playoffs and win those games. Is it the right approach that all the guys awarded new contracts should have received them or would teams have been better off building strong supporting casts around vet QBs who weren't in the superstar category? Whatever wins is the approach that teams will watch and follow:
