One of the consistent criticisms I've had of Poles is the team's unwillingness to invest much in the UDFA market while he's been GM, where (sometimes, at least) contributors to your team can be found, including at center and guard. Whether that's a lack of interest or an inability to identify guys who might help (the latter is clearly more damning), it's an issue.
