I'm just hoping we have a chance for the Packers to dislike Fields in the coming years as much as we dislike Rodgers.
Wait is he gonna be past his prime coming off back to back MVP seasons?

This would be the best revenge. Way better than beating Rodgers once or twice before he retires.

Packers fans loathing Justin Fields for a decade would make my heart happy.
Cosigned.

In that case Rodgers last 4 years against the Bears has an asterisk against it as the Bears had Nagy as HC :D

Still had multiple opportunities to position ourselves to win that game. D played really well that day. Hanie kept us in it and nearly forced OT. We had 1st and 10 at the GB 25 with a minute left, if memory serves me correctly. Would have been a helluva story had he won that game for us. Cutler had just played (probably) the best game of his career the week before vs Seattle. I definitely find myself wondering what would have happened had he not injured the knee early on.

I would have absolutely no problem with the Bears accomplishing all of the above. Way better than cherry picking the best outcomes.

Just sayin'

I think I posted this somewhere else, but if the choice is face him one more year and then he is gone (he has a void year that voids after the time to tag him so they can't tag him for '23) or he gets traded and they 2 first round picks (which seems crazy high to me, but if your Denver and think you can win the Super Bowl, it is worth it). Then I'd rather face him 2 more times and take our chances. With our luck, they'd use those picks to snag the 3rd HOF QB.

Let him play it out, walk and leave them high and dry.

So apparently Rodgers had a lengthy post on the 'gram (what the kids call it) looking back at his time in Green Bay and thanking his teammates and ex-girlfriend. He's scheduled to appear on the Pat McAfee show today as he said he would have his decision made by the time Franchise Tags are due.

So one way or another, sounds like we are getting closer to understanding the Packers' fate.

McAfee's show is at 11am CST today and can be watched here: https://www.patmcafeeshow.com/

I thought kids called it 'Insta'....I am old, turn goddamn 51 this week. BUT....going to see the Supersuckers on my bday! First concert since Covid started, I caught Willie Nelson in Ft. Lauderdale right before all the lockdowns started.

I feel like Aaron's post was just an attention whore moment, but I am hoping it was a farewell of sorts. Will be tuning in to McAfee

Retire is the best case scenario as then the Packers get nothing for him.

I'd prefer he just retire. I don't want the Packers loading up on picks for the foreseeable future.

While clearly I hope you’re right I’m taking the movie serial killer approach.

He isn’t gone until his body is quartered and launched into the sun.

Meaning I’ll never believe he’s gone until I see him in another uniform or in a suit and tie on Jeopardy.

It made my day a couple weeks ago to hear about him and Woodley too.

Its usually been that - they have not had a particularly talented roster at almost any time during the Rodgers years.

Hell - they didnt even bother to put 11 guys on the field during Playoff snaps this year

I’m not surprised at all that he’s dragging this out for dramatic effect. Didn’t think I could dislike him more than I already did, but here we are.

It appears that you have the good fortune of never having heard about or having seen anything related to Pat Mahomes brother (Jackson).

If you're into "hate watching/viewing" and get pleasure from that sort of thing. Go ahead, look up some stories, tweets, and social media clips of his. Jackson Mahomes has some of the juiciest material possible for those who get a kick out of watching douchebags do douchebag things.

Otherwise, just pretend you never, EVER heard that name mentioned. It will save you some trouble. He is probably the most hateable human in existence. He embodies everything to hate about the "TikTok" generation.

@Richie is right.

Jackson Mahomes is a real guy. I had to Google it. And yes he does look like a penis.

I thought the survey either misspelled Pat Mahomes or Lamar Jackson, but then who in their right mind would hate those two guys?

Barkley was talking about Erin the other day and said he wasn't surprised by what was going on. He said Erin the the "pretty girl" that needs everyone to keep telling her she is the pretty girl despite the fact everyone has told her that every day of her life. :welcome:
