So, if Brisker and Jackson come into contact while both trying to make the tackle, will there be a massive explosion?
Yes, like pasta and antipasti. :D

I have to try really hard to not be excited about this kid.
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Go back to leather helmets, NFL.

Are we looking at a new Mike Brown-Bob Sanders safety for the Bears? Certainly looking that way.

So I’ve been thinking that Brisker needs a nickname.

Brisker sounds like Brisket.

What about BBQ or Smoke? Any others?

I like the sound of BBQ Brisker.

Thoughts?

Isn't "smoke" already someone's nickname? VJJ maybe?

Smoke Jones is a friggin great nickname.

On Brisker I think folks shouldn't try to hard to use his name in the nickname. Like with Mitch it sometimes ends up being awkward and forced (I mean seriously - "biscuit"? rofl). I think a player's nickname should come organically from his play or something else about him (e.g. Sweetness, Fridge, Peanut, etc.). Ideally he's SO good that we can just say JB and people know exactly who you're talking about (e.g. AP, MJ). :)
