PFF just locked down their simulator.
useless 2 rounds only and no adjustment of sliders without paying
$80/yr
I often pay Fanspeak's $10/yr to unlock trades, but 80 is kinda rich for a toy.

The trade down one, for sure, but I wouldn't turn up my nose to the second.G08 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 9:25 am First time doing it this season, ran two drafts: first is a trade down to #19, second is staying at #9. Which do you like more (and why, if so inclined)?
Trade Down:
19. Bijan Robinson - RB
50. Keeanu Benton - DT
53. Matthew Bergeron - OT
61. John Michael Schmitz - iOL
64. Derrick Hall - EDGE
103. Tank Dell - WR
133. Zacch Pickens - DT
136. Andrew Vorhees - iOL
148. Nick Herbig - LB
Stay at #9:
9. Jalen Carter - DT
53. John Michael Schmitz - iOL
61. Derrick Hall - EDGE
64. Blake Freeeland - OT
103. Rashee Rice - WR
133. Zacch Pickens - DT
136. Wayna Morris - OT
I'm in for Derick Hall at OLB, but not in a 43crueltyabc wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 11:01 am I think these are both great drafts for the Bears. There are two guys I'm not 100% sold on right now as Bears fits
1. Is Tank Dell really going to get slot snaps? I would have him behind Mooney and (effectively) Tonyan so it's hard to see a path to the field for him. Does he have ST value?
2. At some point I decided I don't like Derick Hall and I think I'm on an island there. Is there a game I can watch to sell me on the guy or are you more interested in his traits or senior bowl performance?
I don't really have them.on my boards. Putting on 20 pounds from 235 is a lot to ask of them.crueltyabc wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 12:57 pm You guys have Will McDonald and Nolan Smith coming to the Bears and I wonder if they're big enough for what Flus wants at DE. Do you think they'll get bigger or they're exceptional cases?
Geez, I love everything about this draft but the first pick....would you be open to a Broderick Jones at 16 and Hall at 47? loldave99 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 2:21 pm PFF simulation #?
16: ED Nolan Smith (jumpin on this train now)
47: OT Matthew Bergeron
53: C Joe Tippman (finally a big tough center)
61: DL Siaki Ika
64: RB Devon Achane (PFF dinged me here with a C-)
97: ED Coby Wooden
103 ED ( or 3T) Karl Brooks (One of their favorites, got a A+ for this one)
133 WR Jalen Moreno-Cooper (competition for our excellent receiver room)
136 DI Keonde Coburn
148 TE Davis Allen ( heard somewhere they were high on this guy)
215 T Nick Saldiveri ( think I got a sleeper here)
218 QB Malik Cunningham ( a very poor mans JF)
258 FB Hunter Luepke (“He was a phenomenal high school wrestler and you can see it with his base and collision pop. He will be a starting fullback in the league.” -- Area scout for AFC team)
Overall grade: A-
Really like this draft.Z Bear wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 9:29 am Just hit it out of the park on PFN, a lot of higih RAS guys that Poles should like. I am starting to come to the conclusion that trading down anymore is a waste, 10 draft picks is a lot if you hit on them.
9. Tyree Wilson EDGE Texas Tech
53. Mazi Smith DT Michigan
61. Blake Freeland OT BYU
64. Joe Tippmann OC Wisconsin
103. Zack Kuntz TE Old Dominion
133. Tyjae Spears RB Tulane
136. Michael Wilson WR Stanford
148. Mekhi Garner CB LSU
218. Stetson Bennett QB Georgia
258. Nick Saldiveri OG Old Dominion
I love the draft results but I don't see think this trade is viable, esp with a savvy outfit like the Ravens. Giving up #16 and #22 overall for #9 and a 4th rounder doesn't sound right. I think we'd have to give up pick #53 at the very least to get a deal like that across...maybe more.UOK wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 12:46 pm Instead of doing a sim, did my own mock of round one. This involves a clutch of trades.
16. Chicago Bears (f/ BAL): Broderick Jones, OT - Georgia
22. Chicago Bears (f/ BAL): Nolan Smith, EDGE - Georgia
------
------
TRADE 2
Bears receive:
R1 P16, R1 P22
Ravens receive:
R1 P9, R4 P31, R7 P258
My thought was that Carter was consensus #1 player in the draft, so it’s not like Baltimore is trading up for some maybe okay starter, but a potential franchise player if they can weather the storm. The Kaiser wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 9:17 pmI love the draft results but I don't see think this trade is viable, esp with a savvy outfit like the Ravens. BTW, I'd still do it for that price because getting a stud pass rusher and a stud OT -- maybe the two linemen with the highest ceilings in the entire draft mind you, is absolutely worth it.
He could.
Yeah, I saw that. Probably legit.
