Ok I thought I posted this but maybe I didn’t hit submit.

But as I look at this I will be on the clock no later than 2 am on the 22nd and must pick by 10 am (total tank).

I thought this draft was just rookies but I saw someone drafted a defense. So how do I see my team and who I can draft?

Go to your team on the espn fantasy site or app. That will have current roster. Anyone under players that’s available is eligible. Draft is heavily weighted toward rookies but vets, K, and DST do start appearing in the 2nd.

I have been trying to get Arkansasbear on the ESPN site where he can see his team for a while. We finally found an email that works but he's now saying that it won't load on the app. I am going to keep trying things.

In the meantime, yes Arkansasbear, your pick at #40 will begin after the person at #39 has drafted, or at 2AM on the 22nd, whichever comes first. If you haven't picked by 10AM on the 22nd then #41 can pick. You can still pick anytime after that but any player taken is no longer available.
