Another way to breakdown. Now using Profootball reference data and pulling in some production stats: wAV, Games, Solo Tackles

Sorted by Average Number of Solo tackle per pick. Still 2017-2022. Obviously the per/year data is a wide range, but with limited data sets hard to control for, hope it evens out.

Code: Select all

All	All	No. Avg Avg Avg
Rnd	Pos	Picks wAV G Solo
1	LB	18 19.5 45.1 152.0
2	LB	12 14.6 41.3 130.5
3	LB	28 10.1 35.7 84.6
Avg	LB	21 9.2 36.4 75.9
5	LB	31 9.1 36.8 73.3
4	LB	13 6.2 40.4 60.0
7	LB	21 4.6 33.1 35.0
6	LB	23 3.4 27.9 27.3
Of course built into any volume stat is high picks being given more opportunity. Might dig into PFF data later and see if there are more rate bate stats/grades to incorporate.
