Chad Rueter has us drafting him in his latest draft (it's 4 rounds). Don't love it, don't hate it.

So with Levis still on the board and the Vikings actually trading up to take him with the pick just after us, we're going to take Robinson in the Top 10 rather than trade own for somebody wanting Levis? I don't think so.

If we could trade and get another second I kind of like the idea of Robinson

They don't include a projected trade comp? 23 to 10 has to include a 2024 first. I may eat my words, but I'd be ecstatic to see Vikings drop a 2024 first for Levis. But all the same, yea, give Chicago the pick instead 😊. I'll take 2024 1st and #23 straight up. Don't even need to throw a midrounder (though not listed I think it's implied 87 went to Philly in his mock too)

While I'm not banging the drum for him, it's hard to deny the talent -- if we take him at 9, I have to think that's Poles seeing him as a blue chip elite talent and believing we can get value on both lines later in the draft.
2023 Preseason Downside prediction:
5-6 wins, never really healthy all season, a constant shuffling.
We're potentially in a position to draft in the Top 5 again, depending on the Carolina team, and probably have a low-teens (or better) pick ourselves.

I saw that.

Bring me the Super Duper Offense.

This defense is going to suck again and the only way we’re going to win games is to score 40.

Drafting Robinson puts a Marshall Faulk style guy on this team where we already have 1 franchise WR, 1 really good WR and another one who is marginable right now plus an up and coming TE.

You couldn’t defend against that offense. Adding a true dual threat RB who runs routes like a WR is game changing.
