Wow, four more years of salary to eat on McDaniels' contract. Ouch.
KFFL refugee.

I’m starting to think Josh isn’t meant to coach in the AFC West. Maybe he should replace Brandon Staley just to be safe.

Just when we lapse back into believing the Bears are the worst run franchise in the league, we can always rely on the Raiders to remind us otherwise.

Credit where it’s due. He did get 9 wins compared to our 5 with Flus in the same amount of time.

In the Harbaugh thread someone suggested only the Raiders would be mad enough to recruit him mid season on a blockbuster deal.
Might have been incredible foresight

Called me completely shocked that McDaniels alienated another good qb, pissed off a bunch of players and flamed out in year two due to a basic mutiny in the locker room. Anyone who thought that clown had learned something or changed after Denver and the Indianapolis fiasco needs to rethink their logic.
New England will be the only nfl job, most likely only as an OC, he will ever get again and it will only be under Bill.

It’ll be difficult for him to get another gig…even as an OC.

Hey Josh McDaniels got fired...again. I think it's time for that guy to find a new profession. It's clear that wherever he goes he ends up with a shitty team and a toxic culture. I'm not even sure who would hire him as a Offensive QC Coach at this point.

Yes, but Davis has the guts to cut bait when he feels he needs to. That's not "The Bears Way." We love to ride that shit all the way to the end of the year/contract.alexwilkins wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 12:58 am Credit where it’s due. He should come to the Bears, no matter how bad things get on field he’ll never be fired

Maxx Crosby on Antonio Pierce: You want to play for someone like that
https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootba ... -like-that
Raiders are gonna end the year playing respectable football, the players are gonna go to bat for Antonio Pierce, and then Mark Davis is going to hire Urban Meyer in the offseason.

Former NFL TE Nate Jackson writing about Josh McDaniels, and he fucking HATES Josh McDaniels. It is a pleasantly salty piece of writing.

That would definitely be a Raiders move.Rusty Trombagent wrote: ↑Fri Nov 03, 2023 2:58 pm Maxx Crosby on Antonio Pierce: You want to play for someone like that

Don't forget the 10 year deal for Meyer only for him to be fired after year 2.
