- Draft CW al 1:01
- Trade back from 1.09 to somewhere between 1.11 to 1.16
- Pick up an extra 3rd (or a 3rd + 4th) for that trade back
- Draft DL /DE with 2nd pick (Verse, Turner, Young, Laiatu )
- Bundle one of the 2 x 3rd rounders + JF1 to move back into early 2nd round (ideally 33-39)
- Draft best WR available with newly acquired 2nd round pick
- Use remaining 3rd roud pick to take Developmental OL
- Utilize one 4th roud pick on BPA at position of need
- Trade other 4th rounder to recover multipl additional picks in later rounds

Sample outcome:

1.01 Caleb Williams, QB
1.14 Jared Verse, DE (Get 3.78 from Trade Down)
2.35 Ladd McConkey, WR (from trading 3.78 + JF1)
3.75 Mason McCormick C/G
4.110 Cole Biahop, S
3x Picks in rounds 5,6,7 from trading 4.122

Nice job. I wonder if the Bears would take Jackson Powers-Johnson at 14 even though they do need a DE. Also, I'd lean more towards a big-bodied DT in the 3rd.
Where are my old Chicago Bears and what have you done with them, Ryan Poles?

Jayden Daniels, Quarterback, LSU (COM)
Olumuyiwa Fashanu, Offensive Tackle, Penn State (COM)
Drake Maye, Quarterback, North Carolina (COM)
J.J. McCarthy, Quarterback, Michigan (COM)
Bo Nix, Quarterback, Oregon (COM)
Maema Njongmeta, Linebacker, Wisconsin (COM)
Rome Odunze, Wide Receiver, Washington (COM)
Sedrick Van Pran, Center, Georgia (COM)
Caleb Williams, Quarterback, USC (PRI)
Xavier Worthy, Wide Receiver, Texas (COM)
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!

Now that Allen is in the fold, Worthy would be an interesting pick in the late teens.

I was playing with a draft site to determine the value of trading to 2 with Washington as well as trading down from 9.

Ended up with
2 - Drake Maye (maybe Daniels can't decide which one I think is better for us)
18. Jackson Powers-Johnson - he's the guy I like most that a first round guy but not worth #9
36. Xavier Worthy WR TX
40. Tyler Nubin - S Minn
49. Adisa Isaac - Edge Penn St.
67. Michael Hall - DT OSU
75. Jalen McMilan - WR Wash

'25 picks Washington 1 and Cinci 2.

John Ross, et al.

Give me anything besides 40 time for Worthy. Nothing against people who like him as they are posters I respect. I just need convincing.

Put Worthy in the game, hike the ball, and then just throw the ball 50 yards down field. Let him run under it or get a DPI call. LOL! Personally I like Legette in the 3rd round. Dude is a bowling ball with hands.
