I could quibble a bit with this, but a solid writeup overall...mainly, as with other metrics like PFF's roster rankings, if Caleb Williams becomes an elite NFL QB as we all hope he will, then that would vault us to the top of these lists. His "rookieness" is tamping our numbers down.

I'd say the reason we are behind the teams we are behind is that the blue-chip guys they have listed for those teams have already shown they can perform in the NFL (expect Atlanta and listed Penix I'd just not sold on him and he does meet the criteria for "talent under 25" but I think he's 24 and won't be the starter until he 25+ with Cousins being there).

Paywall, can't read the Bears writeup. But Poles has done a great job tearing down the roster he inherited and drafting young talent on both sides of the ball. Besides, Mercedes Lewis by himself skews the age of the roster ....
