2024 TRADE DISCUSSION
Here is the 2024 trade discussion thread. Trading cannot officially commence until after the keeper deadline (August 4th 10:00 pm). However, you may begin to post what you are looking for or looking to trade, you may negotiate and even privately agree on deals ahead of the keeper deadline but they will not be posted until after that. You may only trade players from your 12 keepers (post keeper deadline) or your rookie picks. The full Rookie/FA Draft order and schedule (all 4 rounds) is posted in another thread but here is the order. Tie-breakers are posted and the teams with tied records (non-playoffs) will flip picks each round.

It is going to be a *little* harder to get trades done for picks this time, IMO - because with the addition of a pretty deep draft there is an entire team of keeper-class vets in the mix that is effectively going to make it like there are two first rounds. Even my 2nd rounder (at 28!) is still a solid pick.
As far as my players, I might be willing to trade Trey McBride OR Dalton Kincade (both first rounders of mine from the last 2 years and generally rated top 5 TEs) for the right offer.

Yea, had I known there would be a team leaving I probably would not have traded my 2nd round pick away. Such is life.IE wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2024 2:14 pm It is going to be a *little* harder to get trades done for picks this time, IMO - because with the addition of a pretty deep draft there is an entire team of keeper-class vets in the mix that is effectively going to make it like there are two first rounds. I did the same last year, and then felt really compelled to trade one of my two QBs to get back into the first because I was weak at RB. I technically got ripped off but made my individual team better and it paid off.dplank wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 9:22 amYea, had I known there would be a team leaving I probably would not have traded my 2nd round pick away. How did Anthony Richardson get cut from Clean Out Urlacher's team. That must have been some kind of an error. To keep the league fair and balanced, that needs to be corrected.
Thanks for making me aware. I think that was one of the rosters I put in and probably mis-clicked. I put him back on his roster and dropped Zach Wilson (probably the guy I mis-clicked on, because why keep that guy?)

2025 1st and my 3rd this year for 11?
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!
I have no idea how that happened. I am almost 100% sure that I selected him as one of my keepers. I see that he is back on my roster, so I appreciate that. I admittedly miss some of the changes, but if anything changed with the number or way we keep players, please keep me posted. The Kaiser wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 4:48 am How did Anthony Richardson get cut from Clean Out Urlacher's team. Available Players for Trade: Trevor Lawrence, Dalton Kincaid. In each case I'd be looking for a WR or RB of equivalent value. Lawrence I'll deal but Kincaid really need to be convinced if you know what i mean. lol
