I appreciate the Raiders at least recognizing the problem and not messing around with it. Dude had what, 8 games total? We let him run the show for a couple years and blamed our QB.

They also fired their QB and OL coaches. Some teams seem to address issues, others dither ....

I mean, they dont have a QB, and their one good WR left town on a train. If there's one thing Luke Getsy has proven, it's that he cant make chicken salad out of chicken shit.

The Saints have fired HC Dennis Allen. Allen went 18-25 from 2022 till his firing.

It's a sign of how far the Bears have sunk when someone on this forum is holding up the Raiders as an example.

Yeah let’s not hold up the raiders as some shining star of how to run anything football related. A blind squirrel finds a nut once once in a while.

Any team firing coaches halfway through the season aren't exactly shining exemplars of winning football but they have recognized insurmountable issues with personnel and taken the first steps to correct the issues.

The Bears have never fired a coach in season and are proud of that(even tho they shouldn't be).

If they do fire a coach in season, it won't be comparable to any of these other franchises. The evidence will be absolutely overwhelming in house against that coach. No Bears GM would have the balls to do it otherwise

Points to whomever is making these hiring decisions maybe needs a different job.

Bears Front Office never dithers!
They might Dilly-Dally or even Lollygag, but never have they ever dithered!

I can't bear people who dither.
