Dick Allen, who passed in 2020, was elected to the Hall of Fame by a veterans committee. Allen, who was rookie of the year with the Phils in '64, put up slugging numbers better than almost anyone in his career. He won AL MVP in '72 playing for the Sox. A great honor for a great player.

Think he's rolling over in his grave at the 765M Soto contract? Holy hell...baseball is so broken financially.

Maybe Caleb will be so good, he'll be the first 1billion dollar contract.
